MeraBGV is a technology facilitator providing data extraction and presentation services. We do not independently verify the character, past behavior, or reliability of any individual. The verification report is based solely on government records at the time of retrieval.
The Requester (Employer/Landlord) warrants that they have obtained prior permission from the Candidate before initiating a request. The Candidate provides final informed consent by digitally agreeing to the terms on the verification page before authentication with DigiLocker.
The report generated by MeraBGV must be used strictly for the purpose specified (e.g., Tenancy Application, Domestic Employment). Any unauthorized use, distribution, or publication of the report is strictly prohibited.
The User (Requester) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MeraBGV and its operators from any claims, damages, or lawsuits arising from the misuse of the verification report or for using the service for illegal purposes such as harassment or stalking.
MeraBGV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free data if source government APIs are unavailable.
