1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BGV Verify ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

BGV Verify provides background verification services including but not limited to identity verification, document verification (PAN, Aadhaar, Driving License), and address verification through integration with DigiLocker and other authorized data sources.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during the verification process
Use our services only for lawful purposes
Not misuse or attempt to manipulate our verification systems
Ensure you have necessary consents before initiating verification for third parties

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Cashfree. Pricing is as displayed on the website (₹299 for standard verification, ₹149 for document verification). Payments are non-refundable once the verification process has been initiated.

5. Verification Process

Verifications are performed through DigiLocker's authorized APIs. We do not guarantee verification results and shall not be held liable for discrepancies in data provided by DigiLocker or other data sources.

6. Privacy & Data Handling

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including the DPDP Act. Personal data is used solely for verification purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

BGV Verify shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or verification results.
